He came to injury work from the other side of the file — a claims adjuster and then claims supervisor before law school, and an insurance-defence lawyer after it. His register phone and the number his site advertises are different, and his register email domain is not the domain his site runs on.

Florida publishes ten years, and only ten years. The line above reads 10-Year Discipline History: None. That is a statement about the last decade, not about a career. The Florida Bar is authoritative on what it covers — it publishes bar number, standing, eligibility, admission date and discipline, and it stands behind all of it — but it says nothing whatever about the years before the window opens.

On this page that matters enormously. Timothy David has been admitted forty-one years, so the register reaches under a quarter of his career. Four of the twelve lawyers here have been admitted long enough that most of their record sits outside it. Four others were admitted recently enough that the window covers everything.

And the lower half of the record is the lawyer’s own. Sections, practice areas, languages and firm size are filled in by the member, not verified by the Bar. Six of our twelve Orlando listings left practice areas blank entirely. Where it is filled in it is the only place a register on this site will say what a lawyer holds himself out to do — which is why one entry here reading “Criminal, Criminal Appellate” is worth stopping on.

What the record shows

The register gives his telephone as 407-897-8964 and his email at martindalepa.com. His site is gottaaskrick.com and advertises (407) 329-6702 throughout. Three identifiers, three different places; all are printed here as filed.Verified

His register entry records Spanish under languages — one of only two in this batch that fill the field in.Verified

The firm’s rideshare page cites Florida Statute §627.748 by number, which four of the twelve pages in this batch do. It also states a case-results figure for a 2024 rideshare matter; we print no settlement or verdict figures.Verified

Twenty-seven years admitted, of which the register’s discipline window covers the most recent ten.Verified

What the firm says

He says he worked as a claims adjuster and then claims supervisor at National Insurance Association in Indianapolis, founded an independent claims-adjusting firm in Tampa, and practised insurance defence at Ringer and Henry P.A. from 1999 before founding his own firm in May 2002.Reported

He says he is a U.S. Air Force veteran, honourably discharged, and received the Sons of the American Revolution Silver ROTC Medal.Reported

He says he won the Paoli Award for Orlando Attorney of the Year three consecutive years and took his J.D. at the University of Florida in 1998 — the register confirms the law school.Reported

gottaaskrick.com — a rideshare accident page citing Florida Statute §627.748 by section; returns 200 from our network
This is the firm’s own marketing. It shows they hold themselves out as taking rideshare cases — it is not evidence that they have run one, and we have not verified any rideshare case they have handled.

What we haven’t checked

Not established. Seventeen years of his career, before the ten-year window. Which of the two telephone numbers on the record is current. His practice areas and sections, which the register does not carry. We have not reviewed court records for case outcomes, we print no settlement or verdict figures, and we have no basis for judging quality of representation. A bar check is a floor, not a ranking.
