Left Caracas for Florida in 1994 and worked from bag boy to catering manager before law school. His is the only career on this page the ten-year window fully covers — admitted 2014, so the register reaches all eleven years. His firm's rideshare results panel has a duplicated entry.

Florida publishes ten years, and only ten years. The line above reads 10-Year Discipline History: None. That is a statement about the last decade, not about a career. The Florida Bar is authoritative on what it covers — it publishes bar number, standing, eligibility, admission date and discipline, and it stands behind all of it — but it says nothing whatever about the years before the window opens.

On this page that matters enormously. Timothy David has been admitted forty-one years, so the register reaches under a quarter of his career. Four of the twelve lawyers here have been admitted long enough that most of their record sits outside it. Four others were admitted recently enough that the window covers everything.

And the lower half of the record is the lawyer’s own. Sections, practice areas, languages and firm size are filled in by the member, not verified by the Bar. Six of our twelve Orlando listings left practice areas blank entirely. Where it is filled in it is the only place a register on this site will say what a lawyer holds himself out to do — which is why one entry here reading “Criminal, Criminal Appellate” is worth stopping on.

What the record shows

Admitted 23 September 2014 — eleven years. He is the only lawyer on this page whose whole career fits inside Florida’s ten-year discipline window once rounding is set aside, and the closest thing here to a register statement that covers a full career. Every other listing has years the register does not reach.Verified

His firm’s rideshare results panel lists four matters. Two of them carry word-for-word the same description — a pedestrian struck by a Lyft driver leaving a theme park pickup area — while being labelled differently, one as a pedestrian case and one as a third-party driver case. One of the two is an error. We print no figures from any of them.Verified

His register entry records Spanish under languages and a firm size of 21–50 — the largest firm size in this batch, for a firm he founded in 2018.Verified

He publishes his own bar number, 111895, on his biography, and it matches the register.Verified

What the firm says

He says he and his family left Caracas, Venezuela for Florida in 1994, and that he worked from a bag boy at Winn-Dixie to managing a catering company for over a decade before law school.Reported

He says he earned a Business Administration degree at Florida Atlantic University and his J.D. at Florida A&M College of Law — the register confirms the law school and year.Reported

He says he began at Bodiford Law Group, then joined McBride, Scicchitano & Leacox P.A., where he managed thousands of personal injury cases, and founded his own firm in 2018.Reported

He says he is a member of the Orange County Hispanic Bar Association and used his Spanish to advocate for the Hispanic community.Reported

Rideshare

Rideshare content — checked 14 Aug 2026
Uber & Lyft
louisberklaw.com — a dedicated Orlando rideshare page with a results panel. Two of its four results carry the same description; returns 200 from our network
This is the firm’s own marketing. It shows they hold themselves out as taking rideshare cases — it is not evidence that they have run one, and we have not verified any rideshare case they have handled.

What we haven’t checked

Not established. Which of the two identical rideshare result descriptions is the accurate one. Nothing else material — the ten-year window reaches essentially his whole career, which on this page is unusual. We have not reviewed court records for case outcomes, we print no settlement or verdict figures, and we have no basis for judging quality of representation. A bar check is a floor, not a ranking.
